The Tempe Restaurant structures its menu following an in-depth research of what the area can offer according to seasonality. High quality product, from the Rosy Farm, are prepared respecting the tradition of our ancestors. Cows and calves happily grazing all around the burg are the representation of what we intend. And everything is done following the principle of a sustainable agriculture, where the respect for all the animals and the nature that nurture us comes first.
The restaurant near the pool area presents itself as a contemporary design architecture, where white is the dominant colour of the furniture. Here we can host up to 200 persons, the ideal location for events.
Huge windows gift hosts with fabulous natural landscapes. The semi-olympic size pool, just in front of it, makes evocative the atmosphere, above all during summertime, giving hosts body and soul regeneration.
